THESE LEGAL AGREEMENTS RESTRICT HOW YOU CAN USE THIS WEB BASED INFORMATION SYSTEM AND THE MATERIAL AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH HTTP://UKBARS.DEFRA.GOV.UK AND ASSOCIATED WEB SERVICES. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

OUR USE LICENCE AND PRIVACY POLICY MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT GIVING YOU NOTICE, SO PLEASE CHECK IT EACH TIME YOU VISIT THE BARS WEBSITE. WE MAY CHANGE THE PROVISION LICENCE AT ANY TIME, BUT IF AND WHEN CHANGES ARE MADE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND GIVEN AN APPROPRIATE OPPORTUNITY TO REAFFIRM YOUR CONSENT WHEN YOU NEXT ADMINISTER YOUR MATERIAL.

This licence is granted by us to you. It awards you limited rights to access, download and use the material available to you through BARS and upholds some conditions and restrictions.

2 (of 3) : BARS PROVISION LICENCE
This licence is granted to us by you if and when you submit data to BARS. It grants us the right to use material and make it available through BARS and upholds some conditions and restrictions. The rights, conditions and understanding are identical to the Use Licence, but being awarded to us.

3 (of 3) : BARS PRIVACY POLICY
This policy relates to personal data held within BARS and not to any personal data held elsewhere. This policy explains how we use information about you held within BARS, and the ways in which we protect your privacy. The Data Controller is Natural England, 1 High Street, East Parade, Sheffield, S1 2ET, United Kingdom.

By submitting data to BARS you accept and agree to the BARS provision licence, and by submitting personal data you are consenting to its collection and use in accordance with our privacy policy.
