What are Biodiversity
Action Plans (BAPs)?
The UK BAP was the UK Government's response to becoming a signatory of the Convention on Biological Diversity.
391 Species Action Plans and 45 Habitat Action Plans were published for UK priorities, and around 150 Local BAPs
were published. See User Statistics for details of the current number of Species Action Plans, Habitat Action Plans and local BAPs.
